I have attached the snapshots of the configuration that is done in 
Asterisk, Vtiger Connector in

  * VtigerAsteriskConnector/conf/VtigerAsteriskConnector.properties
  * /etc/asterisk/manager.conf
  * /etc/asterisk/extensions.conf
