Hello,

Well I have some sad news, I am going to have to go over the whole file and
review what changes there are because somewhere in there it has broken the
Mail Converter all together. 
It will now no longer create tickets. 

ugh. One issue to another. Hate it when that happens!

If anyone has any ideas please let me know. Trying to minimize the amount of
time I have to spend on this particular project.

I think it came from version 6 SVN but the guys from vTiger are better

Actually, I was asking where the updated php file came from. 

Because multiple searches across the net, trac.vtiger, and forums never
revealed anything about this.

So I just want to make sure that we can put it out there if it is a valid
fix.

I am trying it now to see what will happen. ( I always rename originals
"just to be safe" )

In my case it is found at C:\Program Files
(x86)\vtigercrm600\apache\htdocs\vtigerCRM\modules\Settings\MailConverter\ha
ndlers 

 

this is on a Windows 7 machine that i am using for testing.

 

Just for precaustion just make sure that you rename your current file before
you replace it for rollback reasons should anything go wrong.

I am attaching the file. Replace the file with
modules/settings/MailConverter/handler/MailScannerAction.php.  I was in
mobile , Thats why I couldnt give you the file before

There is a bug..change the file mailscanner/core/mailscanneraction.php with
the latest file from svn

Hello Team,

I am a long time Vtiger user and really hope this isn't just me..

I have researched all over and have yet to find a solution.
When a ticket is created via email Vtiger 6.0 fails to associate the ticket
with a Contact or the Organization. 

I have spent hours upon hours ( probably days of total invested time)
researching and asking in the forums etc. 
We have yet to find a solution. 

Is there anyone out there that can assist with this issue? It used to work
fine in 5.4
