Looking at the changeset for this I notice the following language string 
exists in 4 separate files but is identical:

> 'JS_PLEASE_ENABLE_PRODUCT_OR_SERVICE_MODULE'=>'Please Enable Product or Service Module' ,

Unless I misunderstand something wouldn't this be a good candidate for 
just ONE line in the Vtiger.php language file(s)?
