[Vtigercrm-developers] email access count

I found my issue - the link that was being shortened was a pre-filled link
to a Google form and the encoded data being saved exceeded the 255
character limit on vtiger_shorturls.handler_data field in the db. So, it
was truncated. Increasing the field size resolved this for me.
