[Vtigercrm-developers] email access count

[Steve Kenow]

After having this on, email tracking seems to work, however, the click
tracking has not. Every link in emails is converted to the shorturl and
clicking on them leads to a blank page without any redirect. So, our links
go nowhere. The values appear correct in the database
