Hi

 

Error 500 means probably some thing wrong in the server side, not in crm. It can be wrong permission, htacces or something else.

Recently I am facing an issue with the vtiger crm which is developed using the open-source code of vtiger.it <http://vtiger.it>  is one of our client login to crm and he was working on it. Unfortunately, his account get an error the page isn’t working-HTTP ERROR 500 which is the screenshot attached with the mail.

 

After two days another user also faces the same issue. after one hour another staff also face the same.

Then try with another pc but also get the same error. but other staff can log in to crm from these PC.but when someone tries to log in from the pc which got the error, their account also gets the same. As an administrator, I can log in I am not facing the issue.

So kindly help me to resolve this issue.
