[Vtigercrm-developers] disable checkbox in mass edit

Checkbox before every field like in the earlier versions, handled both the
cases.

To clear the reference field, select the field and let the field be empty.
Similarly for checkbox. If so it clears the reference field and also sets
the value of checkbox as "no".
