[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflow to reply to mail-scanner mail?

HI there,

I'm very sorry for the stupid question, but I cant get it to work.

I've set up the mailscanner to scan a mailaccount for incoming mails, and
assign these to tickets in Vtiger.

I would like to make an auto-reply saying "Thanks for your mail, we'll get
back to you asap", but I simply cannot figure out how to do, as I dont know
how to dig out the senders email?

Any pointers?
