I beg to differ. We believe no one company is going to create a CRM
application that meets many different business needs. Salesforce.com
AppExchange is a testimony to that. It has thousands of extensions. We are
in the API age. Zapier.com shows completely independent applications can be
wired together fairly easily. We have already gotten an early look at what
Vtiger platform APIs are enabling with extensions that are currently listed
on the marketplace.

We remain committed to extending the APIs and making development on Vtiger
easier. There is a lot more to come.
