Never got an answer to this question….
Reading between the lines in other answers, it seems vTiger is still discussing what to do?
Now there is a business model for the OS version, I hope there will be a bit more freedom in using the extra modules in the OS version.

Store looks like a good idea.

Are there plans to sell some of the modules currently only in the on demand version, in the store?

We are looking at creating a mailinglist module and would prefer not to do double work. Not to mention that it would be a bit odd to add a module to the store, directly competing with the vTiger ones…..
