[Vtigercrm-developers] Migration and profiles issue

Thank you for the response.  There seem to be several issues caused by the
migration script.  I was able to resolve the profile issue by installing a
fresh version, exporting the profile tables - deleting them in my migrating
version and then importing them.    I was able to fix the missing
configuration manager using this method.  The only issues remaining is that
the dashboard will not display the widgets.  You can add a widget and it
will show on the dashboard.  When you navigate away and come back -  it is
gone - however - it is not displayed in the list to add again.  So it's
adding it - its just not displaying the dashboard.  I can likely fix this as
well with the method described above but I cannot locate the proper tables.

The biggest and final issue though is tickets are not displayed to users of
the customer portal.  They can add a ticket from the portal - when its sent
it says you are not authorized to view.  The ticket is made however and we
can see it in vtigers tickets.  This works on a fresh install - but I cannot
get this to work on the migrated version.  As it stands - if I cant get that
worked out I am faced with manually importing everything from the migrated
version into a fresh install.    Any insight on why this might be occuring
would be greatly appreciated and save me many hours of tedious exporting
-file splitting - mapping and importing.
