[Vtigercrm-developers] 6.1.0 EA (Dutch) translations not working

It seems that in the mailmanager and some other places the Dutch translation is not working.
For the mailmanager I can see a Dutch version of Email.php with the right translations but it seems not finding it's way into the crm.

Related and mentioned before: If you set the default language in de config file to something different. The labels don't translate at all. Just showing the TAG's
Something really wrong with the language system.

To recap: standard install, switch to Dutch and you will see: English translations instead of Dutch
Set the default language to nl-nl in the config and you will get: LBL_XXXX
