We don't have in-house expertise working with AMI.

VtigerAsteriskApp is a web-app that connects AGI and Vtiger CRM -
does no magic  other than proxying the requests to AGI using the library
<https://github.com/srt/asterisk-java>.
We have no short-term plans to make it open-souce than making
the distribution  will be made freely downloadable.

We would follow up on the issue reported soon.
