[Vtigercrm-developers] Outlook extension issue - 406 Not Acceptable

Hi

I am using vtiger 6.1 for a Client. It works perfect.
But there are issues of using outlook extension.

I have tried with 64bit as well as 32 bit. It works some users and not for
others.

It is a mixing results, because users are using 64bit or 32bit, located in
Australia or Sri Lanka. So any IP based restrictions at hosting provider
might not be the case. I have tried 'mod_security' through .htaccess too.

It seems like something mis matching of local installation and may be
security. So I tried disabling local firewals and internet security too.

If anyone have any experience or idea please share
