[Vtigercrm-developers] Do we really use "allow_call_time_pass_reference" in vtiger 6.1 ?

For those of us using Ubuntu 14.04 servers with php 5.5.9 where 
allow_call_time_pass_reference is obsolete , what are the effects 
towards running vtiger 6.0/1 Please?
