[Vtigercrm-developers] Do we really use "allow_call_time_pass_reference" in vtiger 6.1 ?

Dear vtiger Team,

Here is the install screen shoot (vtiger 6.1 beta, SVN 14222, the system 
is XAMPP, Windows 8.1 with PHP 5.5.11 ) :



The PHP.INI settings ( *allow_call_time_pass_reference = On* ) :

    *Changelog for/allow_call_time_pass_reference/*Version 	Description
    5.4.0 	Removed from PHP.
    5.3.0 	Emits an*|E_DEPRECATED|*level error.
    5.0.0 	Deprecated, and generates an*|E_COMPILE_WARNING|*level error.



This ini directive is already removed from PHP.

Do it really need for vtiger 6.1?
