The Banner is quite flakey in Firefox 31.0 on Ubuntu 14.04. It didn't 
work at all to start with and clicking the arrow to hide/reveal the 
Banner created several banner places). It seems to be working now but 
have no idea what changed.

It looks to be working in Chromium on the same PC although the rotation 
is much too fast.
