    I am attempting to create a new module based on the tickets module.
    Is there a guide I can use? The very general information available
    is far from comprehensive and I am wasting a significant amount of
    time stepping through code each time it fails.
    In particular where can I find details about what can and what
    SHOULD be specified in schema.xml
