[Vtigercrm-developers] vtiger 5.4.0 Workflow Conditions No. of fields < 4

I want to have 4 fields in a Workflow tested for "Has Changed".

It doesn't work.

I can add three fine, but once I add a forth field to a condition group 
and save the workflow it loses all condition fields and the button to 
add Conditions vanishes so you have to delete the Workflow completely.

It seems OK in 6.1
