[Vtigercrm-developers] Error creating new users and permissions recalculate

As I had said is file permission.

even running the command chmod 777-R user_privileges, try again after
creating the user, the permissions for the file looks like this:

-rw-r - r - 1 www-data www-data 3271 11/01/2012 24:39
user_privileges_445.php

I repeat, the permission for the folder is user_privileges as 777, because
the created file does not inherit this permission?
