[Vtigercrm-developers] Error creating new users and permissions recalculate

Do you have an actual error message?  Make sure to turn up

error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED
display_errors = true
PearDatabase::dieOnError = true
