Hello!
I think you have recalculate the permissions in the settings?
If it doesn't solve the problem check the permissions settings.
I also had the permission Exception in the past. My Problem was, that
newer PHP Version couldn't handle the profile permissions form.
I have wrote about the problem and the solution at
