Hello!<br>
<br>
I think you have recalculate the permissions in the settings?<br>
<br>
If it doesn't solve the problem check the permissions settings.<br>
I also had the permission Exception in the past. My Problem was,
that newer PHP Version couldn't handle the profile permissions form.<br>
<br>
I have wrote about the problem and the solution at <a
href="http://vtiger.stefanwarnat.de/2012/04/26/vtiger-doesnt-save-privileges-in-profiles/">http://vtiger.stefanwarnat.de/2012/04/26/vtiger-doesnt-save-privileges-in-profiles/</a><br>
<br>
I hope, that was your problem.<br>

<pre wrap="">Hello all,
I'm seeing a strange issue with the Mail Manager module, it has only
cropped up recently.
Whenever any user, even admin, tries to send via Mail Manager to any
contact or to a written email address, the operation fails. vtiger
writes the following into the errorlog:
--error--
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'WebServiceException' with message

Has anyone else seen this? If WebService is going to throw an
exception, why would the calling code not be wrapped in a try { ... }
catch { ... } ?
Have I stumbled across a bug?
