Answering the questions:

I upgraded the hard, now he has plenty of space, 200GB ...

The file vtiger_ws_entity.frm was just an example, because when the error
occurs, the list of various files such as vtiger_activity.frm,
vtiger_inventoryproductrel.frm, vtiger_products.frm, among others
vtiger_crmentity.frm

I believe that the table or file system is corrupted, because the normal
vtiger works (making all processes) for 3 or 4 hours before this error
occurs.

I read that this error may be due to many files being opened simultaneously
by Mysql, have any tips to restrict it?

Another thing that occurred, is that before this error, the access
permissions to the vtiger is lost, ie, the price is only seen by the person
responsible, and this error occurs before this restriction simply
disappears, leaving the prices visible to all . This occurs with all the
modules that have this restriction (calendar, sales order, invoice ...)
