[Vtigercrm-developers] Problem with UTF-8 data import

Hi All,

Did somebody meet the following?

If firstname, lastname, company name, city, address etc fields start 
with UTF-8 character for example
ÖÜO"ÓÚU"ÁÉÍ or öüóo"úáu"éí
the vtiger 5.1.0 import into Accounts or Contacts or Leads table *cut 
*the first character from this field.

A little-bit frustrating check and repair import records when they are 
more then few.

Is there any solutions for this problem?
