[Vtigercrm-developers] 5.03 Customer Portal issues

I am getting the following error after I enter in a user and password on the
customerportal page.

A lot of people of posted this error, but we really haven't gotten a good
solution to this issue. I'm running 5.03 of both crm and customerportal
plugin. I have verified that my portalconfig.php is correct and that my path
variables in that file are correct. 

Any other ideas would be great.
