I can't create a sales order from quote registry, if i try create sale 
order in quotes view, i can view the order created but i can't save it.

My version of vtiger: *Version: *  4.2 GA
Mysql : 4.1
PHP: 4
APACHE: 2

an other question can you say me the url for csv stage 2?
