[Vtigercrm-developers] Advanced rights management in VTiger

Hi all you clever people.

I have a problem that I cannot solve 😇

I need to have multiple users use Vtiger (Latest version) where they in the
Organisations module should have 100% access to records they create
themselves, but other users only should be able to see a few selected
fields of records they did not create themselves.

Ie. perhaps see Company name + www-address of all companies, but get full
access to the companies that are assigned to you.

I can of course make a profile with access to certain fields only, but then
the user with that profile cannot even see his own records.

There are also multiple users, and they are changing often, so
this is not something I can set up "per user"

Does this make sense?

Is there any way you can see I can solve it?

*ANY idea is very welcome! I*'m even open to recoding some of it if that is
required, but currently I dont know where to start 😅
