Hi Suhail,

First backup everything including the database before everyone gets locked
out. and check logs for any errors and set  to display the errors from the
config file, hopefully it could point you to the right direction where it
was coming from. I am assuming that some other users still have the good
code on their browser cache, that is why they are still able to login, but
once their browser fetched the bad code, they will also get locked out. I
think maybe it has to do with the user profile getting damaged when they
logged in to the computer that caused them to get locked out, see if the
user profile sharing privilege file was changed for those people who got
locked out and compare it to those people still able to login.
