[Vtigercrm-developers] Customer Portal support to attach files with comments

There is a "new" portal for vtiger cloud that can be self hosted - 
looking at the config file it seems to be using a similar API to that 
introduced in v6/7, i.e.:

'crm.url' => '/modules/CustomerPortal/api.php',

Maybe that would be a good starting point?
