[Vtigercrm-developers] Customer Portal support to attach files with comments

Hi All,

Any support portal usually has the option to attach files along with the
comment. Something that is missing in Vtiger customer portal. Although
there is an option to attach documents, a feature generally not seen in
support portal.

Has anyone implemented this feature?
