[Vtigercrm-developers] Entity ID of 0

We've had an issue with a system (vt7.3) whereby we are seeing multiple entity records being created (most via Webservice, but some via workflows) which have an entity ID of 0.

The entry in vtiger_crmentity seems to have been repeatedly overwritten with different entity types (we've seen Emails, Documents and Contacts) and have multiple entries in vtiger_attachmentsrel where the crmid is 0, but links to a valid Document Attachment.

This has resulted in very unexpected behaviour else where where these entries have been encountered.

Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Any ideas as to how this could happen??
