[Vtigercrm-developers] Use cases for recurring Sales order

Hi Ruben,

I guess the business scenario in your case is that there is an annual
contract for which you generate a single Sales order, and the per payment
such as monthly or so it keeps creating Invoices.

But there is a problem in this case as well, the Sales Order generated
would be for the entire amount, let us say 12 Million. And Per month
payment is 1 Million. The Invoices generated would contain the Lineitems
exactly the same as the Sales Order and also the same amount which is 12
Million.


So I feel that the generic Recurring Sales Order feature in Vtiger CRM is
not useful as is, it will need customization always.
