[Vtigercrm-developers] can't preview and download files on vt 7.3

Hi Ruben,

I was able to reproduce this issue, Found that this is due to insufficient
permissions on the storage folder.

We need to have write and execute permissions on the storage folder. To
successfully save the uploaded files.

Please do give a try,
