[Vtigercrm-developers] Weird requirement

Customer, planning to store hundreds of thousands of related records to one
parent (all custom)
so lets say 10.000 parent records will translate to millions of related
records.
Been asked if can it be that we will store each set of related records to a
different table.
Is it something out of space?
