[Vtigercrm-developers] code.vtiger.com enhance setup

Major Challenges:

1. no track of releases.
2. all issues are messed up due to no-versioning. If not mentioned anywhere
you do not know.
3. this issue is for vtiger 5.4.1 or 7.2.1 !

One of the approaches:
1. use releases feature of Gitlab.
2. have a development branch created for the WIP version. Do merge
requests, testing on the Dev branch.
3. use Projects feature of Gitlab to group issues into versions.
