Hey Joe,

I don't think so, no.

The Email module is not treated like an Entity module so you can't 
create a Workflow against the Email module directly.

In a Workflow, you can't set a condition on, for example a Contact, when 
an email has been added (there is no workflow "event" like this).

I think the only possible way is to write a custom Event Handler that 
looks for Email save events when the email_flag is set to MAILSCANNER... 
But then it all gets a bit messy in terms of the notification itself. A 
hardcoded email in the code?
