[Vtigercrm-developers] Trigger Workflow from Mail Converter?

I have done a similar thing in 6.5 - the mail scanner handles basic
creation and assigns initial ticket to itself. Then, in Tickets, a workflow
that triggers on every new ticket, checks the Assign To and sees it is
Mailbox, or whatever, and then proceeds with the additional changes,
updates, notifications. It even changes the assignment for me. Maybe that
would work in your situation.
