[Vtigercrm-developers] Mail Converter - subject encoding

Actually if characters are mixed, fix it with:

if ($this->_charset == 'windows-874') {
            $filename[$i]  = iconv('WINDOWS-874', 'UTF-8', $filename[$i]);
            }

instead of above pointed single line
