This module directly manipulates system table having confidential 
information - not acceptable.

How can I reset customer portal passwoord without change portal table ?
You don't see many issues with wrong password handling after you have 
crypt it ? You don't solve this issue and if someone from comunity solve 
this, you don't publish it ?
