Hi Alan

So you say that all those features will be implemented in the CRM itself
with Responsive template?

I know all those can be done through a web application. But I feel the
vtiger it self is already complex and huge enough.

What about the performance factor comparing mobile browser versus mobile app
How about usability compare to native elements versus web elements

In an architecture perspective I would like a segmentation of mobile and
backend(CRM).

(Example, customer portal)

  Front-end complexity is another factor when all features sitting in the
same app. We have to consider multi browser support here.

I feel there is a need of a different conceptual model to mobile app to
CRM, while appreciating responsive templates to satisfy basic needs.
