[Vtigercrm-developers] possible workflow bug?

Hi guys

I am running 6.3 and find when I try to create a new email task for a 
workflow the modal loading dots appear and a 404 is generated (visible 
in console) to the url crm.whatever.com/false

Just wondering if anyone has some idea as to the cause of this issue? or 
in fact if this is showing on anyone else's installations.

All other task type creations work.
