I understand the plan and the work needed for maintain this community source and i think that the priorities you describe are not very clear in point 3

Here should be in my opinion performance improvements, code cleaned and php7 ready

Vtiger team should take more advantage of community users but for that, your team should ask for cooperation.
What´s the point vtiger team and community users spend time in improvements without both sides not aware of what each one is doing?
