[Vtigercrm-developers] Activity Summary Widget showing incorrect AM/PM

See attached screenshots.

The Activity Widget is always showing "AM" but in the Calendar List it 
is showing correctly.

I can't find a commit message or old trac ticket that relates to this 
specific issue but this is a vtiger 6.3.0 system.

Anyone know if there was a patch for this in 6.4.0?
