[Vtigercrm-developers] Struggling with a server move - cannot login

The only errors in apache logs are this:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: #0 includes/main/WebUI.php(174):
Vtiger_WebUI->checkLogin(Object(Vtiger_Request))
#1 index.php(18): Vtiger_WebUI->process(Object(Vtiger_Request))
#2 {main}
', referer: http://portal.rdsmn.com/index.php

PHP error logs show the same - nothing more.

Another difference is that the new server is running PHP 5.5.9. Old server
is 5.4.5. I do have vTiger running in another environment with 5.5.9
