[Vtigercrm-developers] Struggling with a server move - cannot login

Files are being written to the test/templates_c/vlayout folder and all the
folders are at 0755 for permissions, using the web user and group (no root).

I've cleared out all the session files and tried bypassing the referer
check and csrf check - no change in results or errors.
