[Vtigercrm-developers] Grouping doesn't work

Why? What kind of question is that? :] It doesn't work because: 

1. Bugs reported many years ago still haven't been fixed [I reported it
about 3-4 years ago]. 

2. No one uses this system seriously or some functionalities [e.g.
Reports, Callendar, Mailbox] aren't used at all because if someone had
used it seriously, he would fix it.  

The truth is that many elements are hard-wired in Vtiger, so if you add
a new field, it won't fix the problem in other locations and even if it
sometimes helps, it doesn't mean it will work properly. It needs to be
fixed in the code and the changes need to be send to:
http://code.vtiger.com/explore.
