[Vtigercrm-developers] Mail scanner problem - ADODB Error

Mail scanner failing to create ticket with message:

Record you are trying to access is not found

Log shows as follow:

Tue Jun 30 10:38:11 2015,668 [13095] INFO VT - PearDatabase ->ADODB error
 Query Failed:insert into vtiger_crmentity
(crmid,smcreatorid,smownerid,setype,description,modifiedby,createdtime,modifiedtime)
values(?,?,?,?,?,?,?,?)::->[1153]Got a packet bigger than
'max_allowed_packet' bytes

Also, log has 1.1 mb just after manual execution of scanner. Contains a lot
of strings such as: "ATU0AKgAAAAgABwESAAMAAAABAA

Is it known issue?
