[Vtigercrm-developers] error in converting lead to contact

Hi,
after migration from 6.1 to 6.2 when I try to convert a lead I get this
error:

Lead Cannot Convert

   Possible reasons include: :
   - Leads Field Mapping is incomplete(Settings > Module Manager > Leads >
   Leads Field Mapping)
   - Mandatory fields are empty
   - Database error while performing requested operation : Contacts
