Not really the response you are looking for, but.... I would really
suggest that getting their asterisk server up to date is the most
sensible route.
Are you able to tell us what version they're running and if it is a
bundle of some sort (ie. we use elastix)? With that information someone
can likely point you to documentation to support your case that the
system needs to be updated for more reasons that to support the vtiger
agi script. Not to mention, the asterisk upgrade is likely to take a lot
less work than trying to write / support some custom script.
